RETURNS & POLICIES
Thank you for shopping Autismlink! We appreciate your business. We will accept returns, but you must ship the item back to us. CUSTOM ENGRAVED SAFETY TAGS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Orders for next day Federal Express must be received by 1 p.m. EST or they will be shipped the next day. Orders received on Fridays after 1 p.m. that request overnight Federal Express will be shipped on Monday.
Please remember that embroidered items, safety tags, return address labels and such are CUSTOM ITEMS. We will get them out as soon as possible, usually within 2 weeks.
